My 20 years of experience working with people to achieve optimal well-being have taught me to embrace the innate and tremendous capacity of the human mind and spirit.
Working with your strengths, we will collaborate to identify your primary goal(s). We will work together to clear up what is blocking you from achieving the results you want. We will develop action plans that produce meaningful and lasting change.

Committing to Coaching. -I offer a 15-30 minute phone consultation, free of charge, to explore working together before you commit -Once we decide to work together, the coaching agreement specifies cost upfront
