I believe in the capacity of each person to have a fulfilling, meaningful, and happy life. In our work together, I walk alongside you, celebrating your successes as you meet your goals and clear obstacles. I will help hold you accountable to the commitments you make to yourself.
I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling. I have 20 years of experience in the field of counseling, which allows me to assist clients in finding unique and effective solutions. I use a variety of tools ranging from positive psychology and mindfulness-based approaches to career success and leadership frameworks. I always tailor my approach according to the needs of each client.
I am personally and professionally dedicated to working with the intersection of mind, body, and spirit for optimal happiness and success. I am fiercely committed to my own well-being for the benefit of myself, my family, and my clients.
In addition to being a Coach, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Professor of Counseling at James Madison University.
I make my home in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. In my personal life, I am active and I appreciate the time I share with my spouse and my children. I love walking or hiking with my friends and traveling in the US and abroad. I am a life-long learner and adventurer.
